Tips for Thicker Uterine Lining?

Curious about any advice, whether scientific or just personal experiences... 
Going through IVF (male factor).  Retrieval was in January.  First FET cycle was extended and then cancelled, and this one isn’t going great either.  On so much estrogen, and still have a thinner lining than expected.

While I'm not doing ivf, I can relate to your thin lining. Mine has been consistently thin since my d&c; in sept. I had no period for 6 months as no lining to shed and I was on estrogen and progesterone. Anyway I recently started having acupuncture and bam my period returned !! Defo give it a try, it's balanced my hormones. I do have a ton of other issues so I'm hoping it helps with them too. Also try Pom juice and red raspberry leaf tea cd1-ovulation. Best of luck ❤️

Did your doctor ask you to take Baby aspirin, Vit E and L-Arginine? 
I think acupuncture helps because it can help blood flowing to your uterus. 
I’m also trying to do heat pack with castor oil up to my transfer.

Drink lots of pomegranate juice and use heating pad!
