Criminal record
I was cited for shoplifting the charge got thrown out in exchange for community service, case dismissed. I’m going to work on getting the initial charge expunged. Is my criminal record still considered clean since I wasn’t convicted? Mind you I wasn’t arrested or fingerprinted.
