Babe is 4 months on the 20th and has been EBF but I have been dealing with clogged ducts and blebs for about a month now. I’m in so much pain and feel like all I do is try and work duct clogs out! I’m taking lecithin 3x a day, using coconut oil, nursing using different positions, heat, cold, massage, hot showers, trying not to sleep on that side... I mean you name it I’ve tried it and I still keep getting them!! I’m going crazy and so frustrated... any tips/advice... anything?
