Advice for double helix cleaning

Hey yall (:

I got a double helix piercing a few days ago and honestly the first two three days werent that bad. However, around day 4 it started bleeding more so than it did before and its getting all dried up in between. Not really sure how i could clean it up or if i should leave it for a day or two :/

The space between the two is narrow asf so i cant really use a qtip to clean it out. and im afraid if i somehow do manage to get it clean, id remove the scab thats keeping it from bleeding and so then itll bleed more again and ill have to repeat 🙃

help plsss 💕

tbh so much regret for not choosing the smaller jewelry size 🤦🏻‍♀️ probs wouldve been easier to clean
