not sure

i had a miscarriage 04.04.18 but the hospital didn’t check my bleeding they just took my word for it, they done a scan and everything seemed fine and i measured 5w4days this was 03.04.18 but the next day i had a bit clot (looked like baby to me).. i phoned early pregnancy unit and they just said miscarriage and didn’t ask to see the ‘clot’ picture below of it.

All bleeding stopped about 3days after so around 07.04.18 and my partner and I decided to try again and have been trying ever since but today i had some light pink bleeding (looked like implantation bleeding) and i have been feeling really sick and light headed also have a metal taste in mouth and keep falling asleep. These are the symptoms i had before i miscarried too. All went away when i miscarried and now they are back? all my hormones have went down as i took a pregnancy test and was negative couple days after mc. My period shouldnt be due as you don’t normally get it until 6weeks after? Could i possibly be pregnant again?
