Dull ache around ovaries

I have been having dull aches around where my ovaries are on and off since my miscarriage (maybe before but I wasn’t really paying attention to every little thing my body was doing at that point). Not everyday and not all day every day. It isn’t super painful but I’m aware of it. I’m going to my ob tomorrow to get it checked out but just curious if any one else has had this? If so, what did it turn out to be? I’m worried because I’m TTC my rainbow and I just don’t want it to be anything serious or something that effects my ability to get and stay pregnant. 😕
