More testing.

So I get to inform for my husband that they want to run test on him to see if he's Factory into our issues. I have PCOS so that's part of our issue. I was told yesterday that the doctors would probably just want to do a blood test and test his thyroid levels. they informed me today that they also want to do another semen analysis as well as a scrotum ultrasound. Any help trying to figure out a way to explain this to my husband without him getting upset would be appreciated.
