Numb spot and lump

I am 5 weeks 2 days post csection and I have an area an inch and a half above my scar on the right side, that is completely numb, and there is a lump under my skin. It's not noticeable but that side is more puffy than the other and it's flaky. Is this normal or a reason or concern. I also have a numb area on my thigh near my bikini area that is completely numb. About 3 inches long and wide. 100% numb. I don't have any discomfort or fevers or anything so I don't know if I should call to be seen sooner or if I can wait till the 30th at my 6 week check up.
