Missed dose.

So apparently though I swear I remember taking the dose I didn't take one yesterday. It is time now for me to take the next dosage. So do I take two or do I wait and take one in the morning or what do I do? Really kinda panicked. Have had sex multiple times this week usually with a backup form like a condom but still.
