am I a bad mom?

Today my 9 month old daughter was being ridiculously fussy, wouldn't calm down for nothing... I eventually snapped and yelled "Would you just shut up already!" I feel horrible but I was just so tired and irritated. do any other mama's lose it sometimes and then feel bad? 😒😴 She's so small and I always feel bad because she doesn't know any better.

Girl, I did that when my daughter was 9 days old. You didn't physically hurt her. You're just frustrated. That's okay. If you feel like that, just put her in her crib and take a few minutes for yourself. I usually just step outside for a minute or bury my head in my pillow and yell. It's perfectly okay. Babies are tiny little jerks who don't know any better.

Your okay. Sometimes it gets so annoying and frustrating! Just take a deep breath and tell yourself you got this. Maybe walk out the room for a second or give her/him a toy or snacks. My son literally drives me nuts.
