relactation
any tips on relactation? I was extremely oversupplying for the first 2 months then went through a lot of stress and my supply dropped to maybe 3 ounces a day so I gave up 😩. I pumped for the first time in almost a month(maybe 2) today and almost got an ounce. not really sure what that means but I'm hopeful lol
