Advice Please 🙏🏻

So I have the IUD as my form of birth control. Me and my boyfriend had sex all weekend and didn’t use a condom and he came inside me. I’m starting to get my nervous because my boobs are starting to hurt and idk what’s going on with my body. I just need a clarification of how affective is the IUD
