charcoal bamboo inserts?

Are they really that great/ worth the investment? I’ve been looking at other insert options as well but i wanted to know what you other mommas thought 🤔

We have a couple, I use applecheeks inserts that I trifold. I have a couple bamboo inserts that I fold into the trifold for over night. And we love them. Never any leaks and my 18 month old drinks a lot of water

I personally prefer bamboo inserts over over cbi. CBI has microfiber inside so they're more prone to compression leaks. I really love the funky fluff bamboo inserts, I use them in all of my diapers.

I don't have any charcoal bamboo to compare too but if it helps I really love my bamboo/cotton blend inserts (Omaiki) in my experience they are MUCH more absorbent than my organic cotton aio's (bum genius) and my hemp/cotton blend inserts(thirsties) I have to add the hemp ones with my organic cotton diapers for overnight and they do the job but my son definitely feels the wetness and it makes him wake up a lot because it's uncomfortable. but when I use my amazing omaiki bamboo/cotton inserts with my bum genius pocket diapers they work wonderfully overnight for my 20month old. he's not wet at all in the morning and the insert is not even close to being full or heavy it honestly feels hardly even damp. my pockets used to leak horribly during the night with the bum genius microfiber inserts but now theyre my go too for night time 😁

My daughter outgrew CBI when she turned a year and started drinking more and more water. We still use them occasionally but use our hemp/cotton more.
