Chemical pregnancy
I don’t know if this is allowed here or if it’s considered a real miscarriage because to me it is I just recently had one and it’s feels very real this was supposed to be a human and he/she is gone now I’m completely heartbroken I don’t know what to think or do can someone please help or have any advice my tests were coming back positive I started what looks like my period 11 days before I would have actually started then now it’s negative :,(
