How long does your 4 month old sleep ?

What time does he/she go to bed at night and what time does he/she wake up in the morning ?

We did sleep training at 4 months my daughter(now 5 months) sleeps from 7:30pm-7:30am and 2 naps during the day

At 4 months she slept 8pm to 7am and then at 6 months we moved her bedtime to 6:30pm. So she now sleeps 6:30pm to 6:30am.

Wow these babies sleeping for an extended amount of time are great! My 4 month old has always been a terrible sleeper. He still wakes up every 2-3 hours like he’s a newborn. It has gotten worse in the last week. 4 month sleep regression. But tbh I couldn’t tell that it got worse until we saw that it’s taking him 2 hours to settle each time he wakes up. When will this end?!!! 😱

9:30pm - 7:30am and sometimes I can get him back down from 8am - 10:30am. But that is happening less and less lately. He’s always been a good sleeper.

I have no idea what sleep schedules were at this age for mine. I bed share. If baby wakes up they get a change (if needed) and a boob and we are both back to sleep in minutes. I know that happened a lot. 
I’ve just never kept track of the time.

Ever since returning to work, my LOs schedule has been out of wack because my MIL doesn't follow it during the day.
But typically, we aim for bedtime around 9pm/9:30pm. Baby usually wakes up once anywhere between 3am and 5:30am. Then I wake her at 6:30 to eat before heading to my MIL for daycare (unless she just ate less than 2 hours before). 
There are some days she's especially sleepy and goes to bed around 6:30pm. If that happens, I wake her up at 9pm for a dream feed and she goes right back to sleep.
On the weekend we follow the same pattern. She's usually up for the day around 8am.
