Does he not care anymore?

I have my period and my boyfriend knows. He calls me his wife and tells all my friends we will get married and have kids when we’re older. We’ve been together for a year . So today and yesterday we havnt really texted much he’s always driving afterschool to places and he just is never home. ( lives in a hotel ) doesn’t have a home only with his mom. Today he said ‘hey’ I said ‘we don’t talk much anymore ‘ he said ‘it seems like youre to busy’ why would he say this?its a excuse right? He knows I’m not busy. Trying to manipulate me? Help. We’re 17.
