UTI Drama

So I have had this uti (urinary track infection) for 5 months I have left it untreated. Today the pain was so bad and when I stood up I like peed myself uncontrollably. When my friends see my trying to hold in this monster... I don’t know what to tell them. Like I would be kneeling down trying to hold a truck of pee in and they’re like umm..... are you ok? And I don’t know what to tell them. But today was just the worst! Please help me I don’t know what to do... I’m only 13 and I have no clue what to do???😿😿
