Should I be worried?

My HCG was 3088 on Monday, so I should be about 12000 today. I had an ultrasound today 5w4d and only saw yolk sac and gestational sac. I wouldn’t be worried if my hcg wasn’t over 10000.

Thank you all. I can’t help being worried. I had an early miscarriage last month at 4w3d. I didn’t have a period. I do think I may be 5w3d since I got the positive opk on what my LMP would suggest is ovulation, so I’m likely one day later. I guess I’ll see what the doctor says next week. Since it’s a Friday, my doctor’s office hasn’t even gotten the pictures yet so I won’t know anything about what’s next until at least Monday.

That’s basically all I saw at 5w4d. The doctor said she could see what see thinks was the beginning of the fetal pole, but that’s it. No concerns at all
