So scared. Listeria infection?

I an freaking out that i somehow contracted listeria. Last week, i had a bad bout of food poisoning or stomach bug with high fever, back pain and diarrhea. While the fever only lasted less than a day, my stomach has been uneasy since. Better one day, worse the next. The clinic put me on antibiotics bc they suspected a UTI but the cultures were normal, no UTI. Which freaks me out even more :( i have an appt friday and will have them test for it. I'm so scared my baby is not fine 😢
