I Need Advice

okay so this isnt really related to period or sex stuff, but I need advise from adults. Since November I have had 20+ nose bleeds, just under half of them lasting longer then 30 minutes. Now my mom keeps telling me it is most likely just because of how dry the winter has been, but I put vaseline around my nostrils a lot and I still get the nose bleeds. So my question is, should I push my mom to book a doctors appointment to see if anything is actually wrong? Thanks in advance for your help 😊
