Pregnant after HSG but led to miscarriage

Has anyone else gotten pregnant same month as their HSG test was done and then it led to a miscarriage? I know my doctor is claiming the dye wouldn’t have caused a miscarriage but I personally question the two times I have gotten pregnant and both have led to miscarriages I had procedures done those same months. My first miscarriage back in November 2017 I had an endoscopy/colonoscopy done and I was put under with anesthesia and that same month got pregnant but it led to a miscarriage. Then beginning of March I had my HSG done and then got pregnant and had a miscarriage over the weekend. I just question if the dye could have really done something.
