What can my doctor do about SPD pain NOW.

I am having severe 8/10 pain my pelvis is grinding, and making popping sounds, and I'm having severe nerve pain that radiated to my back and down my leg to my knee NO ITS NOT SCIATICA. I've also had that most my pregnancy too. I know baby is engaged co olé tell, and my doctor suggested it could just be baby's positioning but this is not the case I know there is something wrong. I cannot put pressure on my one leg or I almost faint from the pain. I have a 1.5 yr old to care for and I can't leave my bed.
