I'm concerned!!!

Yesterday I took a home pregnancy test and another early this morning... both said positive!!!!! I called and booked a doctors appointment but since I've found out I've also been getting what seems like Brown blood/discharge. it's not a lot but it's making me wonder what's going on? can anyone help?
