I had an emergency c section on this past Wednesday. I’ve been recovering and noticing that my feet and legs are extremely swollen! At the hospital they told me it was normal to swell because of all the fluid retention and me trying to be on my feet to help with the pain of the c section but i came home yesterday and elevated my feet almost all day and night and woke up today and they are huge!

My skin feels so tight like it might burst! Is that still normal? None of my shoes fit, even flip flops aren’t loose enough.

Anything i can do to help swelling go down faster???
