Hard question to ask

I had a Cp def 24th... tried clomid the first time this cycle and we fell pregnant, tested 12dponfaint positive .... got darker and frer digi picked it up on 13dpo. 16dpo (between 15/16) my blood test was done only 21 ... dr office said nothing other than we repeat next week to ensure numbers rise. Seems low, my tests seem more faded .... mildly crampy in waves but cervix still high soft (it is always a little open as I have birthed 5 babies, two were surros) no spotting or blood when I check cervix but again the cramps are throwing me .... should I be prepared to miscarry again?
