Misoprostol experiences

Hi everyone. I found out yesterday I miscarried for the second time, this time at 8 weeks. My body does not seem to understand a miscarriage is happening: cervix is completely closed. I was prescribed Misoprostol (also called Cytotec) to “induce” the miscarriage and I read horror stories about it (passing the baby and seeing it in the sac, hemorrhage, passing out, labor-like contractions). I am looking for people who went through this who can tell me about their experience, good or bad, so I know what to expect because this is stressing me out. TIA
