Help me

So my so & I are arguing & he kicked me out. We live an hour away from home. We were down for a concert & he kicked me out his car in the middle of nowhere. Sooo, we’re texting today & he said he’d bring my stuff tomorrow. Well, we start arguing & he said he was going to block my number. I said that’s fine as long as you bring our stuff down (my stuff & our two kids things). He said to hold my breath & he still wants to see the kids. Would it be wrong of me to text back & say he’s not seeing the kids until we get our things back? This is things like bottles, formula, sippy cups, diapers, wipes, & clothes. I feel like if he can’t give me the necessity things that my kids need, then he doesn’t need to see them. On the other hand, I don’t want to use the kids as a crutch. I know if I text him that he’s probably going to throw all of my shit away. Wouldn’t surprise me anyway. OR could I call a cop & would he/she let me get my things?
