Liege Waffles: under cooked with eggs?
I had a craving for waffles and wanted to try a new local place. They make liege waffles which are denser than regular waffles. I noticed the interior was still a little doughie but hot. I believe they use egg in this waffle recipe. Should eating these waffles be ok? Since the dough isn’t runny its hard to gauge if it was cooked all the way.
