Weight loss?
I am 208 pounds. I haven’t worked out in over 4 years. I just recently started going. I am there for almost an hour, 3 days a week. And do hard weight lifting and I do the treadmill/cardio for at least 20 minutes everytime I go.
I haven’t cut out breads completely. But no sodas for two weeks now. Water and tea.
My question is...will I lose the washing I’m wanting to lose by doing this.?
