Normal or not

So I went for a walk today and while I was walking my butt/back bone was hurting a little. So I get home and just layed down for a minute Bc my mom called me so was just talking to her. I hang up and try to stand up and I get this shooting pain in my butt/backbone, is this like a normal thing during pregnancy or did I somehow pull something. Bc now when I get up to walk it’s just a shooting pain and hurts so badly, when I lay back down nothing hurts
