Membrane sweep. Did it work for you?

I had a membrane sweep yesterday (38 weeks) and my husband is working for the next 24 hours. Wondering if you went into labor briefly after membrane sweep ?

Nope- I’ve had two. They caused things that I thought were going to turn into labor but labor never came :( hope yours works!

I got a membrane sweep April 10th and at 12:30 in the morning my contractions started I had my daughter the next day

Ive had two and nothing.  I was cramping for a day after each one but nothing more. I recall reading a statistic that sweeps work about 25% of the time.

Yep! Had mine at 39+1 and went into labor on 39+3

I had one last week Wednesday at 39 weeks. Lost my mucous plug the past few days but still nothing. I’ll be 40 weeks this coming Wednesday so hopefully something happens soon.
