Teething at 3 months old??

FTM- My baby boy is 3 months old on April 24. He has been very slobbery the past few days and today he cried most of the day. Kind of a whiny cry- not his normal hungry/tired cry. He also has a loss of appetite and doesn’t take his passie. I know It’s possible for him to start teething this young, but is there any way to know for sure, or is this just typical baby behavior?

My girl will be 3 months on the 24th too! Today she’s been extra fussy and wanting to chew her fists

Feel for nubs in his mouth. There is also a growth spurt and a developmental leap (smooth movements) at this time so it might be that causing extra fussiness and tiredness.

I was actually going to post this exact same question. my little guy has been drooling and stuffing his fists in his mouth constantly. I felt for tooth nubs, but his gums have been kind of bumpy since birth so it's hard to tell. I'm not seeing any white lines. He was 3 months on 4/20
