How do you store pics?

How does everyone save pictures and videos from your phones? I have iCloud and I’m starting to hate it because I wish I could save photos from the cloud to my computer but you have to do it one by one and I have 2,000 it’d take me forever.

What’s everyone’s method of saving them? I also print the good ones but god forbid if my house burned down and I lost my albums and computers.. then what!
