I gave birth a week ago today, I’ve had cramps and back pain and my boobs have hurt, I know that’s all normal, but today the cramps have been horrible (and I feel like it should be getting better) and I had slight diarrhea the other day and today I went to the bathroom and when I tried to go it hurt really bad, so bad that I screamed and honestly got scared. I went and laid down for a few minutes and then went back to the bathroom and was able to go like normal.

I am not breastfeeding because my baby passed away and my boobs seem to be going back to their normal size but my nipples sting bad sometimes.
