Throwing up when drinking water?
Anyone else experience this?
Things I’ve tried: cold, warm, room temp, small sips, adding fruit/Lemon&lime; juice, propel, carbonated, spacing out my drinks (like literally scheduling when I can take a drink of water)
The only thing that helps some is small sips/spacing them out but even then I only get like 1 bottle of water down a day. I don’t know what’s going on, but I’m worried about dehydration and I’m constantly thirsty 😭
