Help!!
My sister is 2yrs old and has a tendency to smell everything and rub her lips on everything. I’ve been wondering if there’s something wrong or its just normal. While my mom was pregnant with her she smoked meth for the first couple months then got clean, but would drink and smoke occasionally during her pregnancy. Help me please.
