Should I go to the hospital??

My blood pressure runs very low to the point where I pass out or almost pass out. And my doctor says to go to the hospital if it gets too low. Is this considered too low??? It makes me have trouble breathing, my heart starts racing and I get confused.

No. Mine is low and usually ranges from 40-70 as dys and 80-110 in sys. If it does drop below 50 you should at least call your doctor.

I’ve always had extremely low blood pressure with dizzy spells/passing out and none of them ever seem concerned. To me the only thing they do anything about is high blood pressure. I spent 55 days in antepartum with my daughter and my 1st read of the day would always be crazy low like 70/35 or 68/34  around there and they never gave a shit even though I brought it up. My average is about 98/58 pregnant or not.
