Why is my milk this color?

I’m 11 months pp and I pumped this milk yesterday and today I look at it and it’s really yellow. It’s even brighter in person. It is the color of Mountain Dew. I haven’t eaten any green leafy vegetables because I despise them. I only drink water. I did however start a new multivitamin. I am thinking that may be why it’s this color. My vitamin is very strong and it’s prescribed to me by my OB because we concluded I had a bunch of deficiencies. Has this ever happened to anyone before? Even my pee seems to be this color.
