Post Partum Hair loss?!?!

I have fine hair to begin with. I had a little boy 5 months ago and the last few weeks my hair is falling out in CLUMPS when I brush it after a shower! it’s so scary when I wash my hair and see that much fall out each time. Is this normal? When does it stop?!!? is there anything I can do? Should I freak out and call a doctor?

im 4.5 months pp and my hair just started falling out like crazy a week ago. it sucks but is normal. I started taking my prenatals again and taking biotin to try and help. I look like I have bald spots in my temples and I'm hoping they fill in soon!

I have really thick, heavy hair and it feels great to relieve some of the weight off of my head. It will pass in time, you can always use vitamin supplements.

its common to loose hair after you've gave birth its different for other women as well I shed all the time so its my normal but of super concerned see the Dr.
