How many naps do your LOs take and when?

We have transitioned to 1! LO wakes up about 630AM then we take our nap at 1130 for about 2 hours. Then bedtime @ 6PM :) Same routine every day! 💕

At daycare he gets 1 from 1130 till about 1 or 130.   He is SO TIRED by bedtime at 7/730.  Then sleeps about 12 hours.  Days when I have him he usually takes 2. A longer one around 11 and a quick half hour rest around 4.  He loves his sleep 🤗

we're finally getting the hang of one nap. It just took a bit of shuffling of the schedule. she used to have a morning snack and then a nap and have lunch around 12:30-1pm. now, she's up around 7 and I've been postponing breakfast as long as possible until 7:45/8am. that moves lunch to around 11/11:30am. nap around 12:30 (that hour encourages her to poop before nap 🙄) and she'll be down for an hour and a half to two hours! snack around 2-3pm depending on what we're doing that day. dinner around 5/5:30 and bedtime is 6/6:30 these days (progress from her 5pm time during winter 😩)

When he's home he has 2 naps. At daycare it's looking like he only has 1 but his naps either place are on average 2 hours 🎉

Usually 2, but he stays up so late and sleeps in. We try to skip his second nap sometimes but it never works. He gets too crabby, and if we put him to bed “early” he thinks it’s his second nap and wakes up and wants to play.

Just 1 now. He wakes up around 6 (plus or minus an hour), naps around 12 for 2-2.5 hours and to bed around 7:30.
We were fighting to keep that 2nd nap for awhile but it's been much more pleasant with 1. No fights to get him to sleep and a more regular routine.
