so I'm 35w and maybe laboring. I've been having painless bh or regular contractions for a few hours now that take my breath away and cause me to hyperventilating because it take my breathe. They're now becoming regular, with more intensity. so this may be it. also a lot of bottom pressure in vagina and rectum area
