So, I am 4 weeks and 1 day, and I have the worst diarrhea in the morning. But, later in the day..... I am CONSTIPATED 😒😒😒

I’m 4 weeks 2 days. I just found out I was pregnant 4 days ago. I started the keto diet a lil over a week ago. I had diarrhea every single day at around 2pm!!! I thought it was my diet but now I’m thinking it’s because of the pregnancy. Could be both who knows! Lol
