Groin pain

Hello eve pals!

I need a little help.

My pharmacy screwed up and my birth control is two weeks late so I suppose I’m going to have to start taking it again next month.

I’ve been on a combination pill for 4 years and this is the first time I’ve been without it. The lowest part of my abdomen around where my bladder is very sore. It hurts a little during sex as well. Is this a weird side effect of not having the medicine? And how concerned should I actually be?
