Additional weeks FMLA
I’m currently on maternity leave using FMLA. My doctor dated my papers for 8 weeks so im scheduled to go back May 18. I know we’re entitled 12 weeks FMLA altogether so I’ve decided I want to stay out the remaining 4. Anyone know How would I go about that?
