Upper breast?

I woke up this morning with this sore feeling or pain in my upper breast area. On both sides. But mostly my right side. Idk if should say if its my breasts or my chest 😭 but its like my upper area of my breasts. And if i touch down. It feels sore. Is this normal? ANyone experienced this? Are they growing? Its not my period cause i already got it. I googled and it all came up to breast cancer. But im hoping thats not the case! Im only 18. I hope i can get some answers 😳 thank you.
