PCOS diet
I went and see a fertility doctor (Reproductive Endocrinologist) who did an ultrasound and said I have extreme PCOS and that I need to avoid certain foods. I need help to know what I can eat. I am starving to death just thinking about my new diet.
I should add, I am insulin resistant & boarderline diabetic. I also Hahsimotos Thyroiditis (autoimmune disorder) and Hypothyroidism.
