TSH up... 😕

When your doctor says “oh you’re gaining too much weight” and then your TSH (Thyroid Stimulant Hormone) levels come back and they’re high again. 🤷🏼‍♀️ ugh frustrating cuz if she’s just told me the exact number the last time they tested my TSH I would have been able to tell her it was rising!!! 😤 So now I’m up to 100mcg of Levothyroxine.

Gah sorry for the rant! I KNEW the weekly Whole Foods cookie was NOT causing me to gain that much weight. (And I was right)...
