my relationship is starting to suck.

my boyfriend works the night shift and hes fine with it. but it makes him so much lazier and he never wants to do anything anymore. our sex life is non-existent. all he does is come home, smoke weed and play his video games until 3 o'clock when he goes to bed. we've talked about him getting a new job but he just doesn't put any effort in. anyone else have the same problem or have any idea on how to make the best of it?
