Vitex

I’ve been taking vitex off and on for a couple years. I had low progesterone levels when I first started TTC so that’s why I started taking it in the first place. I haven’t been checked lately so idk if it is still low or not. I had a miscarriage last March and an ectopic in June. I was on vitex during both pregnancies. The first pregnancy I immediately stopped taking vitex and I really believe that is what caused my miscarriage. My 2nd pregnancy I continued to take it until I found out it was in my tube. Anyway we started TTC again in December so I started taking vitex again. I felt like it wasn’t really helping me anymore so I stopped taking it my last period on April 9. Now I’m worried I won’t be able to get pregnant or stay pregnant cause I’m no longer taking it. Idk if I should have weaned myself off of it instead of suddenly stopping. I was taking 440 mg once a day. I hope somebody can give me some advice. Has anybody else done this and successfully got pregnant and had a healthy pregnancy? Should I start taking it again? Nobody seems to know anything about vitex so I can’t get any information. Thanks in advance ladies.
