20 weeks & cramping??

ive been having slighy cramps.round my frount and round my back which arnt unbearable but just slightly sorer than usual! id.say its.happend about 5/6times  today? not sure to what it could be

My doctor told me any cramping before 25\30 weeks is most commonly caused by dehydration. I’d check your water intake. You need to be getting about 70+ ounces a day which is a lot more than most people get on average (20punces). He told me to up my intake when I hit 22 weeks just to help avoid cramping and I’m currently 34 weeks and haven’t had any Braxton Hicks or round ligament pain. Just sore hips! Best wishes
